An oblique cylinder is one that leans over - where the sides are not perpendicular to the bases. Opposite of a right cylinder.
An oblique cylinder, on the other side, is a cylinder whose base and top are not perpendicular to the sides. Interestingly, the volume of an oblique cylinder is the same as the volume of a right cylinder, and it is calculated as V=πr²h (where 'r' is the radius of the cylinder and the 'h' is the perpendicular height of the cylinder)
